Tender Description

McKinlay Shire Council (‘Council’) invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for selection as a pre-qualified supplier of goods and services.

Council intends for the appointment as a pre-qualified supplier to commence on 1.12.2025 and end on 30.11.2027 (‘Term’). The Principal may extend the Term, at its discretion, for a further 12 months by giving written notice to successful Tenderers. The Principal may also, during the Term, conduct a further procurement process to appoint other suppliers.

The categories of goods and services are further described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

Please note Tenderers are NOT required to be able to supply all categories.
