Tender Description

The project involves the playground upgrade at JF Laxton Reserve, located at Union Street Dulwich Hill. Briefly the works include, but are not limited to:

Playground Upgrade

• Installation of environmental protection measures.

• Salvage and reuse of selected play equipment

• Retained and refurbish selected play equipment

• Removal of softfall, and existing playground equipment and a dead tree

• Minor earthworks, trimming and compaction of subgrade

• New nature play area

• Installation of playground equipment.

• Installation of customised play equipment.

• Installation of new BBQ hotplates and refurbish existing benchtop, doors and walls

• Landscaping including tree planting, mass planting and plant establishment period.
