Relocation of Two (2) Demountable Buildings (‘P’ and ‘L’ Block) and ‘P’ Block Fit out Works - Bentley Health Service

East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) are seeking a suitable Contractor to provide Documentation and Construction services to relocate two (2) existing demountable buildings (‘P’ and ‘L’ Block) from existing sites (as shown on Contract Documents) at BHS to new locations on the BHS campus (as shown on Contract Documents).

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Lawn in front of A Block – Bentley Health Service, 18 - 56 Mills Street, Bentley, Western Australia 6102, Bentley on 6 Oct, 2025 1:00 PM.

A Non-Mandatory Briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

Date: Monday 6 October 2025

Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM AWST

Location: Lawn in front of A Block – Bentley Health Service, 18 - 56 Mills Street, Bentley, Western Australia 6102

Dress Code: Long pants, long sleeves, high visibility vest, and safety shoes.

Questions: Any questions asked during the Non-Mandatory Briefing will be taken on notice. All other questions related to the Non-Mandatory Briefing must be submitted via email to Vivian.Hendricks@health.wa.gov.au latest by 12:00 Noon, Friday 3 October 2025. Responses to all questions related to the Non-Mandatory Briefing will be issued subsequently as an addendum / clarification via TendersWA.

The Respondent is requested to confirm their attendance by no later than close of business, on Friday 3 October 2025 by emailing Vivian.Hendricks@health.wa.gov.au and advising the names and positions of the attendees.

All Respondents must complete the attendance sheet on the day of the Non-Mandatory Briefing.
