Balonne Shire Council invites suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the upgrade of the Dirranbandi Water Treatment Plant (WTP). This project aims to address safety, compliance, and operational control through the replacement and enhancement of electrical and automation systems as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope and Design Plans.
