Matiatia Pier 2 Renewal - Construction

This request for Tender (RFT) is for the construction of a new passenger ferry berth (Matiatia Pier 2) at Matiatia Wharf, Waiheke Island. The design involves a floating steel pontoon, gangways and platforms, and services connecting to the existing wharf.

To enable this, there needs to be some existing piles removed, and new piles installed onsite. Components such as the pontoon and gangway will be constructed offsite and transported to site to be installed and commissioned.

We require tenders from established construction companies with experience in marine structures to demonstrate successful project delivery with positive stakeholder outcomes.
