Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide commercial real estate services for a variety of Council owned and/or managed properties.
Council will require services including but not limited to leasing, market appraisals, and marketing of commercial properties.
This will be an ongoing and on an ad hoc basis.
