This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
You are invited to submit a proposal to provide an email marketing solution/platform to facilitate the management and delivery of multiple newsletter emails to the Australian community for the ATO.
The ATO requires a contemporary, secure and robust platform suitable for a large federal agency. The platform should handle the complete newsletter email process of content creation, sending, and evaluation. This includes subscribing, unsubscribing, maintaining email lists and measuring results.
The ATO expects to send more than 5 million newsletter emails per year, reaching approximately 300,000 unique email addresses. Some subscribers will be in multiple subscriber accounts. Our newsletter emails/accounts are as follows:

- Not-for-profit news
- Digital service provider news
- Small business news
- Self-managed super funds news
- Super funds news
- Tax professional news
- Recruitment news
