Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roofing works and air-conditioning upgrades at Newborough Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to a full roof replacement to the Admin Building, and an air-conditioning upgrade. Points for consideration:
- A/C upgrades can be staged to additional buildings
- An Electrical upgrade is also in progress with a Western Power increase of supply and switchboard upgrades.
- Final Mechanical Drawings to be issued. Revised CDC to be issued.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 178 Newborough Street, Karrinyup on 6 Oct, 2025 11:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Newborough Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 178 Newborough Street, Karrinyup WA 6018.
