Event Equipment Hire and Service - Lakemba Nights

⁠⁠⁠Scope

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T18-26 Lakemba Nights during Ramadan – Event Infrastructure Hire for the period 2026-2028. Council will only consider tender submissions that can demonstrate experience in infrastructure and equipment hire with major/signature events for minimum two consecutive weeks.

The successful contractor will only be allowed to use subcontractors to deliver the plant and equipment component of this contract if necessary and will commit to providing all the plant and equipment required for this service. The hire period dates for Year 1/2026 are for 28 days: Tuesday 17 February to Monday March 16, 2026 inclusive. Hire period dates for 2027 and 2028 are TBC, but will coincide with the timing of the month of Ramadan.
