Enhance a number of existing customised widgets and develop a new one for the Mining Act Inspectorate within NSW Resources ServiceNow environment based on a set of requirements and high-level designs.

Project goals

The project will deliver eight modern widgets in the NSW Resources ServiceNow environment for the following Mining Act Inspectorate (MAI) business activities:

• Assessable Prospecting Operations (APO)
• Amend Reporting Date (ARD)
• Annual Rehabilitation Report (ARR)
• Forward Program (FWP)
• Rehabilitation Status (REH)
• Rehabilitation Objectives Statement (ROBJ)
• Rehabilitation Completion Criteria (RCC)
• Review of Environmental Factors (REF)

The development will include enhancement of the underlying backend processes.

Scope

A suitably experienced ServiceNow vendor is sought to deliver the build phase of the MAI Enhancements project as set out in the Requirements.

The vendor must have relevant demonstrated experience and proficiency in development of custom applications in ServiceNow including:

• ServiceNow Workspaces development and deployment
• ESRI GIS integration in ServiceNow Workspaces
• Implementing ServiceNow Playbooks
