NOTE: The City is on a strict timeline to tender this project, please note the closing date for offers (quick turn around). The City will not be granting extensions of time for this ROI.
The City has an overall program of works to renew and provide additional change rooms to sporting clubs across the City. The change rooms will be permanent and fit for purpose with facilities for female athletes and provide and overall improvement in amenities. As part of the overall program of works, the City has identified several locations across the Gold Coast for the supply and installation of modular sporting amenities (this project).
Initial Scope:
For the design, supply and installation of an initial x10 modular team changeroom buildings
(10 sites with x 2 team changerooms each).
