Tender Description

This project is to upgrade the Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to Building 114 at Unitec, 139 Carrington Road, Mt Albert, Auckland.

The HVAC system in Building 114 is old and obsolete. It has a heating function only served through two boilers in the B113 plant room. Cooling systems have been retrofitted over the years, and this is not a good practice. We are looking to install a full HVAC system in B114 at the Mount Albert campus based on the design and specifications as provided in this RFP.

This is a turnkey project, so the project will require the main contractor to quote for BMS controls, Electrical, and any E4M.
