Additional Ad hoc services – hourly rates
- Additional services may be required to support larger system related projects during the contract term.
Contract management requirements
- Incident management reporting
- Service Level agreements for additional services
- Weekly staff effort reporting
- Monthly invoicing and staff effort reports
- Appointed account manager
Specified personnel skills and attributes
1. All seller personnel must demonstrate the following:
- Understand PGPA act and its governance framework.
- Strong understanding and experience with Technology One CIA modules and associated functionalities.
- Understanding and experience of accounting principles and processes
- Strong experience developing scripts, BPA forms, ETLs and system configuration changes including DocOne
- Strong understanding of business systems, and their interoperability
- Proficiency in related tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including troubleshooting and developing solutions
- Strong communication skills that provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in handling requests
- Highly proactive approach to issue identification and resolution
- Excellent stakeholder relationship, customer service and ability to work within a team environment
- Over 2 years technical experience managing TechOne
- Baseline or higher security clearance
- Specified personnel to be AEC embedded, preferably working from National Office (Canberra ACT)
2. Seller to advise how backfill arrangements will be managed
3. Seller to provide other resources as required from time to time
4. Seller to provide CV’s of proposed specified personnel, (no more than 2 pages each).
