Event Audio & Lighting Production Services

Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to provide lighting and audio services for events organised by the Council within the Local Government Area.

The successful Tenderer(s) will be placed onto a ranked panel of contractors. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.

Contract Term: Twelve Months.

Contract: Major Services Agreement.

Pretender briefing (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender briefing on 8/10/2025 at 10:00AM.

Meeting will be via MS Teams. Link will be provided to registered tenderers.

Should the respondents fail to register and attend the online pre-tender briefing, their submissions will not be considered.
