Tender Description
The City of Victor Harbor as part of its Capital Works Program, is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the construction work of a raised pedestrian (Zebra) crossing on the Esplanade, Victor Habor. Council has identified this section of the Esplanade as a high-risk crossing point where pedestrians currently cross informally across multiple traffic lanes. With increased visitation and business activity along the foreshore, the need for a safe, accessible, and formalized pedestrian crossing has become a priority.

A briefing session will be held on 10:25 am 21 October 2025.
Notes: An Addendum will be issued to invite any prospective Tenderers to register for an online Briefing, to be held on Tuesday 21 October 2025 between the hours of 11am to 12pm
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
