Tender Description
The Territory is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Supplier to supply, installation, and commissioning of boom gates and associated access control equipment at Stromlo Forest Park.
Scope:
The Supplier is required to:
• Supply three (3) boom gate systems, including solar-powered and mains-powered models as specified –
- Mt Stromlo/Holdens Creek Fire road (Back gate) – solar (has 200 to 300 cycles per day)
- Handlebar gate - has mains power (100 cycles per day)
- Crit (criterium) track entrance – solar (100 cycles per day)
• Supply and install associated access control equipment, including safety sensors, software, wireless keypads, card reader bollards, transmitters, GSM phone access units, and loopdetectors.
• Provide boom gates with a minimum arm length of 4.5 metres to accommodate site entry and exit requirements.
• Provide all required cabling, conduit, fixings, consumables, and mounting as per the manufacturer’s requirements.
• Coordinate all site preparation works necessary for installation, including liaison with the Territory on civil works (e.g. concrete pads, trenching, power supply).
• Commission the system and undertake full operational testing to confirm functionality and reliability.
• Provide user training and system operations documentation to SFP staff.
• Supply warranty and ongoing support arrangements for installed equipment.
