Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 7 Ellam Street, Victoria Park on 4 February 2026 10:00 AM.

Respondents are asked to review the Request document prior to the Site Visit to ensure they can meet the specified criteria. Attendance at the Site Visit is intended for Respondents who are able to meet these criteria.

A mandatory site visit to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: Wednesday 4 February 2026
• Time: 10:00AM Western Australia
• Location: 7 Ellam Street, Victoria Park, Western Australia

The Respondent is requested to confirm their intention to attend no later than 12:00PM, (WST) on Wednesday 28 January 2026 by contacting Marina Caputi at procurement.services@dwer.wa.gov.au.

Note: The Premises can accommodate a maximum of ten people for the Site Visit at any one time, with attendance limited to one (1) representative per company. Depending on the number of Respondents wishing to attend, it may be necessary to schedule multiple Site Visit sessions. You will be notified if your attendance is affected.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
