Tender Description
Crest Project Management Pty Ltd, on behalf of it’s Client, Redeemer Lutheran College in Rochedale invites suitably qualified and experienced main Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest to Tender for the following construction works: -
- Construction of new two storey teaching block;
- Comprising 8no classrooms;
- Covered external teaching areas;
- Associated external works and landscaping.
Anticipated construction dates: -
- Commencement in December 2025 with target completion in November 2026.
