Supply and Delivery of Bitumen Reseals

Tenders are invited from suitably experienced contractors for the supply and delivery of bitumen reseals for each of the following:

CHC 09-25 Pelham

• Pelham Road, Pelham Approx 1000m

CHC 10-25 Arthurs Lake

• Arthurs Lake Road, Arthurs Lake Approx 2000m

CHC 11-25 Flintstone

• Flintstone Drive, Flintstone Approx 292m

CHC 12-25 Flintstone

• Dolerite Crescent, Flintstone Approx 593m

Tender documents can be obtained by contacting Council’s Works Supervisor, Mr Barry Harback, between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 0419 543 715 .

Tenders will be received by the undersigned, Council Offices, 6 Tarleton Street, Hamilton until 4:00pm on Friday 24th October 2025.

Late tenders will be dealt with in accordance with Council’s Tendering & Procurement Policy. Facsimile or email tenders will not be received.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
