The Council invites Expressions of Interest from community groups or commercial enterprises interested in leasing a two-storey building which was originally the caretaker's cottage for the Memorial Hall.

The property is suitable for a variety of uses, including office space, community services, or light commercial activity. Please note no carparks are provided.

Following the closing date, the Thames Community Board will consider all applications and make a recommendation to Council for approval. The successful applicant will then be advised.
