Maintenance of Fire Services across Various Mosman Council Sites

Mosman Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of fire services maintenance across Seventeen (17) Council-owned facilities within the Mosman Local Government Area.

An overview of the scope is provided below:

• Routine maintenance and testing of fire services in accordance with AS1851 - 2012
• Preparation and submission of quotations to address identified defects
• Lodgement of Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS)
• Reactive and emergency response callouts
• Validation and on-going updating of the Fire Services Asset Register
• Detailed service reports, compliance records and defect reports
