Tender Description

The Castle Tower Lookout upgrade has been identified as a feature of GAWB’s 2025-30 Lake Awoonga Recreational Strategy (LARS).

The scope of the project includes:

  • Expanded event deck area
  • New large events shelter
  • New amenities toilet block
  • Expanded overflow car park and pedestrian pathway links from car park to the lookout
  • Expanded and improved and event space
