REOI for Bollen Road Upgrade Construction - stage 1 of 2 stage procurement process

Mount Barker District Council is seeking expressions of interest for the Construction Upgrade works on Bollen Road in Mount Barker.

The works are to be undertaken as four separable portions, delivered over a three year period as funding is approved. The first two portions are to be constructed by the end of June 2026.

This invitation is stage 1 of a 2 stage procurement process, seeking expressions of interest and Council will evaluate and shortlist between three and five contractors which will be invited for provide further detailed information and pricing.

A scope of works and response schedules are included with this invitation, together with the full set of design and construction drawings to enable tenderers to gain an understanding of the entire scope of the project.
