Fully Managed Payroll Services and a Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS)

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia (the Customer) is seeking information on contemporary, user-friendly Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) solutions that include self-service functionality. The objective is to modernise and streamline core business processes through the adoption of a fit-for-purpose HRMIS.

This RFI is intended to explore current market offerings, indicative pricing, and implementation approaches. Respondents are invited to provide comprehensive details about their solutions, with a particular focus on functionality, scalability, and integration capabilities. The insights gathered will inform the development of the Customer's business case, including funding considerations and procurement strategy for a potential future HRMIS implementation.

Please note that this RFI is an exploratory exercise and does not form part of a procurement process. No evaluations will be conducted, and no contracts will be awarded as a result of this stage.
