This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Organ and Tissue Authority (OTA) is reviewing its Web Coaching platform and is exploring availability with providers.
The OTA currently uses its platform to provide the opportunity for DonateLife staff to participate in professional development sessions with experienced coaches across Australia.
The requirements of the platform for the OTA would include:
- A platform that enables video chat between multiple locations (minimum 3 locations)
- A calendar for coaches and admin to control availability of sessions
- External booking interface with calendar for session booking for participants
- Booking notifications with calendar invites and session information to coaches and participants
- Booking details of participant (contact/goals etc) sent to coach
- Ability for participants to access sessions without creating a user account
- A visible checklist for the coach that enables timestamping of pre-determined tasks that can be completed during the recorded role play
- Ability to add/edit checklist
- The ability to record a role-play with the option for immediate playback showing the timestamped comments for review during the debrief
- Ability to create and share an audio recording within the system
- Ability to share documents during the session
- The ability to have participants download the recorded role play video and debrief recording for ongoing access as a learning resource for the purpose of real-time feedback on performance and skills
- A login and booking system that would integrate with our current Learning Management System
- Automated alerts and notifications
- Compliance with Australian Government regulations, security and corporate policy, including the Essential Eight Maturity Model and Information Security Manual, as outlined by the Australian Signals Directorate
- Data is stored in Australian-based servers
- Data tracking/dashboards
- Platform/software is white labelled across government (federal and local) and hospital IT infrastructure
- Scope to expand/condense the service offered as required
- Ability to create different groups/groupings for users
- Platform is to be password protected
- Intuitive UI for users
- Ability for participants and coaches to test sound/ microphone/ camera/connection
- Responsive Technical support, including accounts manager, product roadmap and service level agreement
- The ability for OTA staff to have tenant admin access over the site for the day-to-day running
