Our school is committed to providing nutritious, affordable, and high-quality meals to our students and staff. We are seeking a reliable and experienced vendor to support us in delivering a safe and efficient canteen service that meets the needs of our school community.

Scope of Work

The successful provider will be responsible for:

• Operating the school canteen during school hours

• Preparing and selling healthy meals and snacks

• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in all aspects of food handling

• Complying with relevant health regulations and school policies

Requirements

Tenderers should demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in food service management, preferably in an educational setting

• Ability to deliver a varied and balanced menu that accommodates diverse dietary needs

• A strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality

• Competitive and transparent pricing structure

• Adequate staffing and efficient service delivery
