This scope covers Employee Assistance Program services required to support the achievement of our business objective of continuous improvements in safety culture and performance and our value of making safety your own. Essential Energy is committed to ensuring that the employee experience is positive, with any request managed in a respectful, inclusive, informative, and timely manner.
Additionally Essential Energy are interested in exploring existing system and future technology opportunities to track services provided to our employees and to enable ‘self-service’ selection where this is appropriate.
