The Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the provision of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out environmental monitoring, laboratory analysis and reporting required to meet Environment Protection Licence (EPL) and related obligations across four sites on a regular basis and one site on request. Sites (1) Moree Sewerage Treatment Works, (2) Moree Water Ski Lakes, (3) Moree Landfill (WMF), (4) Moree Effluent reuse and sampling and testing on an as needed basis for Site (5) Moree Works Depot, Tycannah St Moree.

The scope covers sampling to suit a ¼ schedule, analyte suites, methane monitoring QA/QC, field documentation and reporting aligned to licence anniversary dates, all in accordance with the requirements identified in the Specification.

The request is for 12 months with 4 extention of 12 months each up to a total of 5 years.
