Drainage Channel Upgrade - 115W Lakedge Avenue Berkeley Vale

The proposed drainage channel upgrade and associated works are located at 115W Lakedge Avenue, Berkeley Vale. The site is situated within Council's drainage easement, bordering private properties 115 and 117 Lakedge Avenue. The works include construction of a new drainage channel structure including earthworks, reinforced concrete in situ base slab, retaining walls and cut off wall, scour protection, fencing, landscaping and other site restoration where required.

Council's preferred timing for commencement of the works is February 2026.

Mandatory Tender Briefing

A mandatory tender briefing will be held on site at 115W Lakedge Avenue, Berkeley Vale at 12:30pm on 9th December 2025.
