Design and Construct Regional Skate Park – Lake Munmorah

Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of a 'Regional' Skate Park at the Lake Munmorah Recreation Facility.

The Design and Construct budget for the Skate Park is FIRM at $900,000.00 ex GST and is not to be exceeded. A Tender Price above $900,000 (excluding GST) will considered as 'above budget' and may be excluded from further evaluation.

An 'on-site' Tender Briefing has NOT been offered for this Tender.
