WDRC is calling for tenders for the disposal of land as per s227 and s288 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (QLD) of 11 lots zoned low density residential land in Wandoan, Queensland that are freehold by Council to build residential housing. All lots are considered not flood affected and have ready access to water and sewer.
An opportunity exists for entities who may wish to purchase the land for the purpose of housing development.
