Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake an early childhood playground upgrade at Meadow Springs South Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of new playground equipment, landscaping works, and irrigation.

Works strictly cannot occur during school operating hours in Term period. Works to occur after school hours and during Term breaks only.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 320 Oakmont Avenue, Meadow Springs on 9 October 2025 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Meadow Springs South Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 320 Oakmont Avenue, Meadow Springs WA 6210.
