Mechanical Services Upgrade - Embleton PS & White Gum Valley PS

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Mechanical Upgrades at Embleton Primary School and White Gum Valley Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to the design, supply, delivery to site, storing, installation and testing of the Mechanical Services listed in Appendix 1. The works are to be completed during December 25, and January 2026 school holidays.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Embleton Primary School & White Gum Valley Primary School, Perth 

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at both premises commencing as follows:

White Gum Velly Primary School: 29 Hope Street, White Gum Valley WA 6162 at 10:30AM; and

Embleton Primary School: 51 Priestly Street, Embleton WA 6062 at 1:00PM.
