Rai Valley Area School Staff Senior & Junior Bathroom Refurbishments

⁠⁠⁠Registration of interest required for the refurbishment of the Staff, Senior and Junior toilet areas altering the layout to improve the performance and bring them more in line with Ministry of Education design requirements. The completed design and building consent will be supplied to the contractor when available, likely to be mid Oct for design and mid - late Nov for consent at this stage.

The outcome sought is to complete the works as designed in time for the start of the new school year in 2026. Upgrade works include altering the layout of the staff toilet are to include 2 new toilet areas for the senior students,
