Invitation to Tender - Tallawong Station North

Landcom on behalf of the vendor, Sydney Metro, is seeking respondents to our Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Tallawong Station North (TW1) site. The site is located at 2 Implexa Parade, Tallawong.

This mixed-use, transit-oriented future development site will create a welcoming place to live, work, shop and play. The site is located within a 50m walking distance to Tallawong Metro Station, 50m to the future Tallawong Town Centre to the north, and 150m to Tallawong Village Retail. The Ponds is to the south of the site, with Tallawong Road and potential Blue Mountains views to the west.

The site’s land area is approximately 5,029m²*, with 4,576m²* of developable land (subject to development application approval).

 ITT closes 5.00 pm AEDT on 23 October 2025.
