Tender Description
Council purchased 41 Miller Street in 2024, to house its Aged Care & Disability Services division, Care Connect. The building was originally designed and built as a Tavern but has since been fitted out and occupied since June 2025.
Council is now seeking quotations from suitably experienced contractors for concept plans design and subsequent implementation of external landscaping to complement the building and provide a welcoming, aesthetically pleasing entry area for clients and enhancing the vibrancy of our town.

Quotations must be completed on the Quotation Form supplied and submitted prior to the closing date and time of 11:00am on Friday, 24 October 2025. Late quotations will not be accepted.
