Market Operator for Regular Markets at Cahill Park, Wolli Creek

Council is seeking written proposals from professional market operators with respect to holding regular market days in Cahill Park, Wolli Creek.

The area under consideration can accommodate approximately 40 to 45 market stalls and/or food trucks, with an area for entertainment and seating.

Cahill Park, featuring a children’s playground and sporting oval, is located in the heart of a high-density residential area and close to public transport, including Wolli Creek Train Station, making it an ideal location for a small, but well organised and managed market operation.

Tenderers are requested to submit a proposal outlining their vision for the space, including the types of stalls and entertainment to be provided keeping in mind the needs of the local community, as well as how the markets might include and complement the existing small business operators within proximity to the park.
