Our ICT operations team is a small, dedicated team that supports all the operational requirements within the Institutes ICT environment. From time to time, there is a need to augment the existing team for short term projects and/or to cover leave for existing staff. The ICT operations unit is looking to establish a contract with a service provider that can provide ad hoc services that will augment the teams’ resources and ensure the continuation of ICT operations.

The scope of the skill requirements are as follows:

• Service desk support
• System admin support
• Network admin support
• M365 / SharePoint admin support
• DBA support
• Cloud engineer support

Estimated start date: Monday, 06 October 2025

Initial contract duration: 12 months

Location of work: ACT

Working arrangements: Onsite
