Metro Event Services – Bus Service Provision

This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) invites Bus Operators to join a supplier panel for the provision of bus services and associated management / supervisor staff for events charter work. In advance of an event, a selection of suppliers will be contacted to confirm the availability of their resources. Supplier selection for each event will be based on cost, previous performance, resource suitability and previous volumes of work awarded under this contract.

The services are to support members of the public travelling to and from events in the Greater Christchurch area. It is envisaged that tickets for these services will be sold off-bus therefore in many cases buses will not require cash / ticket machines. Any such requirements will be specified on an event-by-event basis.
