Renewal SA is seeking information from suitably qualified and experienced Superintendents service providers to support the delivery of the Affordable Apartment Project. The project involves 42 affordable apartments across five levels (Ground + 4 levels), located northwest of metropolitan Adelaide to be delivered by June 2027. The proposed development is intended to be delivered via a D&C contract.
