Design, build and supply of Mobile Training Units

TAFE SA (Public Authority) invites you to submit a quote (Your Quote) for the provision of the best solution to design, build, supply and deliver four (4) Mobile Training Units (MTU), which will provide health, cybersecurity, hospitality, and automotive training to students in regional locations. The purpose of the MTUs is to increase mobile course delivery in regional South Australia in these skill shortage areas.

It is envisioned that a significant amount of delivery will be conducted at schools and on worksites to support local training and the transition of learning between school, vocational training and into the workforce.

To assist you in the preparation of Your Quote, please find as part of this Invitation to Supply (ITS) the following:

3- ITS Part C Proposed Contract.

4- ITS Part D Supplier Response Form.

5- ITS Attachment 1 - Supplier Pricing Schedule.

6- APPENDIX 1 - HEALTH SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT - FINAL 20250829.

7- APPENDIX 2 - HOSPITALITY SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT - FINAL 20250813.

8- APPENDIX 2 - HOSPITALITY SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT - FINAL 20250813.

9- APPENDIX 4 - CYBER SECURITY SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT - FINAL 20250812.

Your Quote must be submitted using the ITS Part D Supplier Response Form and ITS Attachment 1 - Supplier Pricing Schedule. You must also complete the Industry Participation Plan and submit all documents by the Closing Date specified and must remain valid and open for acceptance for the Quote Validity Period specified.

Your Quote will be evaluated against the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Invitation to Supply.

If Your Quote is accepted, Supply will be in accordance with the proposed Contract.
