Tender Description
The Urban Renewal Authority (trading as Renewal SA), under the direction of the State Project Lead, Lot Fourteen, on behalf of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), is delivering a new 11-storey commercial building, the Innovation Centre, at Lot Fourteen.
Renewal SA (in conjunction with DPC) seeks to engage Lead Design Services from an experienced consultancy team to design the Innovation Hub fit-out (the Project) within the Innovation Centre.
