To maintain and enhance the Sport Integrity mobile app, SIA requires support including quarterly software and app store updates, bug fixes, security patches, and performance optimisation, as well as technical support, troubleshooting, and feature enhancements based on user feedback to ensure the application remains current and efficient.

The scope of work includes essential technical services such as compatibility updates for new iOS and Android versions, database maintenance and API integrations. The supplier will also be required to maintain continuous monitoring with monthly performance metric reporting and provide responses to critical issues.
