The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) invites suppliers to register their interest in providing a comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) platform.

Background

NZQA currently uses Qualtrics for customer surveys and data collection. We are seeking to replace and expand our current capabilities with a modern CX platform that supports privacy, automation, conditional logic, and overall customer and employee experience management.

Scope of ROI:

We are seeking registrations of interest from suppliers who can provide:

• Survey design and distribution

• Data collection and analysis

• Automation and workflow capabilities

• AI-powered feedback and personalization

• CX Directory

• Security and compliance (NZ Privacy Act)

• Integrations with key business systems e.g. Microsoft suite including dynamics 365

Please provide:

• A brief overview of your company and relevant experience

• A summary of your proposed CX/EX platform and its key features

• Examples of similar solutions delivered for other clients

• Your ability to meet the functional and non-functional requirements outlined above

Key Dates:

• ROI submissions close: Friday 3 Oct 2025

• RFP release (indicative): End October Early November 2025
