ABOUT COFFS HARBOUR CITY COUNCIL:

ABOUT THE TENDER:

Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of bush regeneration services for contract CON00683 Orara River Rehabilitation Project Bush Regeneration Contract 2025-2028. The contract period will cover an initial fixed period of two years with an option to extend for a further 1 x twelve (12) month period

The contract is not a single block of work but multiple ongoing small works on multiple properties over the contract period.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box, using the attached MS Word version of Response Schedules 4 & 5. Hard copy tenders will not be accepted. Respondents will receive a successful submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Tenders close at 10am on Wednesday 29 October 2025 and submissions must be fully uploaded into the portal before this time. Proponents are advised to allow plenty of time to upload documents

Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

Except for the contact person named in the RFT documents, any other staff or officials of the City will be unable to respond to any enquiries in relation to this RFT. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any elected Councillor will render that proponents tender submission ineligible for evaluation.
