Provision of Legal Services for Superannuation Personal Insurance Claims (Public Trustee Office – Trusts Business area)

The Public Trustee Office, (Trusts Business Area), Department of Justice is seeking offers for the provision of Legal Services to support clients with Superannuation Personal Insurance Claims, including Total and Permanent Disability, Income Protection and related entitlements.

The objective is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Legal Services Provider to deliver timely, high-quality and cost-effective support, ensuring transparency, comparability, and value for money. While not mandatory, Respondents are encouraged to highlight any ESG initiatives or Social Outcomes, such as Sustainability Practices, Aboriginal Business Participation or Local Industry Involvement that may add value.
