Tender Description

The University of Waikato is initiating a procurement process to establish a panel of suppliers for Building Management System (BMS) services. These systems control essential building functions such as lighting, air conditioning, and other environmental controls.

The panel will be used on an as-needed basis, with no commitment of spend. The University currently utilises both Honeywell EBI and Niagara Tridium platforms; therefore, suppliers must be appropriately qualified or licensed to work on one or both of these systems.

The scope of services includes:

• Installation of BMS controllers

• Replacement of existing controllers

• System integration

• Graphics development and updates

• Ongoing maintenance of BMS systems
