Brennan Centre Seniors Living Upgrade Project

Cobar Shire Council in conjunction with the Brennan Centre Board is seeking to procure Principal Design Consultant (Architectural Services) services preferably with cared care design experience for the Brennan Centre Expansion and Upgrade Project.

The Brennan Centre Upgrade works are to be designed to facilitate the development of up to ten new residential units, the redesign of the existing community hall, and associated site master planning on the Linsley Street site.

The project aims to improve accessibility, safety, and functionality for current and future residents, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and building codes, including AS1428 for accessibility.

The Principal Design Consultant will be responsible for the comprehensive design and delivery of the project, ensuring that the design outcomes meet the expectations of the Brennan Centre Board, and Cobar Shire Council. The Project Manager, engaged by Cobar Shire Council, is the lead service provider, and all communication related to the project will be through the Council Project Manager.
