Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced operators to Lease the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre Hydrotherapy Pool at 207 - 235 Hampstead Road, Northfield. The selected Lessee would be responsible for refurbishing the failed infrastructure and ongoing operational costs.

The Lessee will assume full operational control of the pool from an agreed commencement date. This will include all day-to-day operations, rostering and scheduling, pool maintenance, testing and upkeep, safety and risk management.
