Tenders are invited for the supply of consulting services to Council’s Waste and Resources Management Branch

The scope of works includes:

•  Quarterly aerial survey
•  Quarterly landfill compaction and landfill life (air space) assessment
•  Annual volumetric survey for waste levy reporting
•  As-required volumetric survey of new landfill cell(s).

This scope includes work in surveying, technical/engineering assessment, and reporting.

The deliverables in this contract are, broadly, for the purposes of Council’s:

•  information to operations and planning to provide effective waste disposal services to the community.

This is a Schedule of Rates contract. The successful Contractor will provide, at their own expense, all transport, labour, plant, equipment, signage, traffic control and any other associated costs necessary for the complete performance of this Contract.

Commencement date for this contract is 1 April 2026, with a contract term of three (3) years, with two (2) further extension options, each of up to 12 months.

An information session will be held on 30 September 2025.
